A: The easiest way to clean your mesh blinds is to wash them down with a high pressure water blaster.

A: You can use high pressure water blaster or “VupLex Plastic Cleaner” that can be purchased from hardware and garden centres such as Bunnings.

A:  Our blinds are custom made to size and the costs are calculated according to actual measurements and the system of your choice. Book a FREE site visit and we’ll tell you more.

A: Rhino Gola’s are custom made to size and costs are calculated accordingly.

A:  Awnings are custom made to size and the costs depends on the specific requirements.

A: All our products have a specified installation, framework, and material warranty. Feel free to contact us for more information.

A:  Our current lead time at Rhino Blinds is 4-6 weeks.

A: The current lead time for a Rhino Gola roof is 6-8 weeks.

A:  If there is free access to your property you don’t need to be home, otherwise you will need to be home to provide access. Please also notify us if there is a dog on the property and keep it indoors when we visit your home.

A:  Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a formal invoice with a request to pay a 50% deposit to start manufacturing. The balance is payable on installation date.

A:  Send us your inquiry – link to Contact or call us on 0800 232 412 to get the ball rolling. A consultant in your area will contact you to arrange a date and time for a free site visit and quote. When you accept, a formal invoice will follow requesting a 50% deposit, on receipt of deposit a job card will be submitted to start with manufacturing, thereafter once the job is ready, we will be in contact again to arrange an installation date.

A:  Most Rhino Blinds products are supplied and shipped from Australia.

A:  No, there is no Rhino Blinds showroom, but we can refer you to existing customers should you wish to view a completed job.

A:  The Channel System is our best-seller, but you can find more about our blinds, shades and awning systems .

A:  Quality, warranty and after service care.  Our products are made of high-quality materials and cannot be compared with other general outlets.

A:   Unlikely. The quality and durability of our products can’t be compared to what you can buy in stores. For a durable and long-lasting shade system, our prices are unbeatable, too.

A:  In general, we strive to give you quoted cost onsite or the same day of the site visit.  If it’s a more complicated job, we will calculate the costs and you will receive the quote within a couple of days.
